【摘要】:ThispartofISO12891specifiesthemethodtobefollowedfortheretrievalandhandlingofsurgicalimplantsandassociatedtissuesandfluids.Inparticular,itspecifiestheessentialstepstobefollowedforthesafeandproperobtainingoftheclinicalhistory,pre-explantationchecksandexaminations,collection,labelling,cleaning,decontamination,documentation,packingandshipping.ThispartofISO12891alsoprovidesguidanceoninfectioncontrol.NOTENationalorotherregulations,whichcanbemorestringent,canapply.ThispartofISO12891doesnotapplyincasesofexplantationwherethereisnointentiontocollectretrievaldata.However,manyclausesgiveusefulinformationwhichcanapplyinthesecasesalso.
