【摘要】:Thereareseveralmethodsformanagingnon-conformingcoatingsinanoperatingnuclearpowerplant.Thisguideoutlinesmethodsthathavebeendeterminedtobeacceptabletothenuclearindustry.Managingtheamountofnon-conformingcoatingsiskeytoensuringtheamountassumed,inthelicensingbasesisnotexceeded.EPRIReport1003102Revision1(formerlyTR-109937)providesadditionalinformationontheselection,application,inspectionandmaintenanceofnuclearplantsafety-relatedprotectivecoatings.Thisreferenceoffersadetaileddiscrussionofinportantconsiderationsrelatedtoprotectivecoatingsandcanbeusedtosupplementthisguideasdeemednecessary.1.1Thisguideprovidestheuserwithguidanceondevelopingaprogramformanagingnon-conformingcoatingsinCoatingServiceLevelIareasofanuclearpowerplant.1.2Non-conformingcoatingsincludedegradedpreviouslyDBA-qualifiedoracceptablecoatings,unqualifiedcoatings,unknowncoatings,andunacceptablecoatings.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
