【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsforvalvesofprefabricatedthermallyinsulatedvalveassembliescomprisingasteelvalve,rigidpolyurethanefoaminsulationandanoutercasingofpolyethyleneforuseindirectlyburiedhotwaternetworkswithpre-insulatedpipeassembliesinaccordancewithEN253.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesonlytoinsulatedvalveassembliesforcontinuousoperationwithhotwateratvarioustemperaturesinaccordancewithEN253:2009,Clause1andthevalveassemblieswithamaximumoperationpressureof25bar.Forhigherpressures,additionaldemandsapply.GuidelinesforqualityinspectionaregiveninAnnexAofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTEForthisapplication,thefollowingvalvetypesarecommonlyused:ballvalves,gatevalves,andbutterflyvalves.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincludecalculationrulesforloadsandstresses.Thesedependontheconfigurationofthesystemasitisinstalled.ThedesignandinstallationrulesaregiveninEN13941:2009+A1:2010.
