【摘要】:Fuelcellssuchasprotonexchangemembranefuelcellsrequirehighpurityhydrogenformaximummaterialperformanceandlifetime.Collectionandmeasurementofparticulatematter0.2x00B5;morlargerisnecessaryforassuringafeedgasofsufficientpuritytosatisfyfuelcellsystemneeds.Inaddition,internalcombustionenginesusinghighpressurehydrogenfuelalsorequirelowparticulatecontainingfuel.Specifically,particulatematterhasbeenimplicatedintheprematurefailureofpneumaticcontrolcomponents,suchasvalveswithinvehicles.Thissamplingprocedureisusedtocollectandmeasuresamplescontainingparticles0.2x00B5;morlargerinsizeasspecifiedinISO/CD14687x2013;2,SAEJ2719,andotherhydrogenfuelqualityspecifications.Althoughnotintendedforapplicationtogasesotherthanhydrogenandrelatedfuelcellsupplygases,thetechniqueswithinthissamplingprocedurecanbeappliedtootherhighpressuregaseoussamplesrequiringparticulatecollectionandmeasurement.1.1Thistestmethodisprimarilyforsamplingparticulatesinhydrogenfuelusedinhydrogenfuelcellvehiclesorgaseoushydrogenpoweredinternalcombustionvehicleenginesuptopressuresof35MPa(350Bars)usinganin-streamfilter.Thistestmethoddescribessamplingapparatusdesign,operatingprocedures,andqualitycontrolproceduresrequiredtoobtainthestatedlevelsofprecisionandaccuracy.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.2.1ThevaluesstatedinBarsin1.1,7.1and10.1.1areforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
