【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesanoverviewandguidefortheselectionandimplementationbyshipownersandoperatorsofafleetmanagementsystem(FMS)networkofcomputerservices.Thisincludesa)guidelinesforthegeneralinfrastructure,includingwideareanetwork,datatransmissionservicesandcommondatabasefacilities,b)guidelinesfortheshipboardinstallations,includingservicestoapplicationprograms,andc)guidelinesforland-basedinstallations,includingservicestoapplicationprograms.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotpurporttoaddresstherequirementsforsafety-relatedsystems,e.g.navigation,radiocommunicationaswellassystemsusedtocontroltheoperationoftheship.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressanyoftheenvironmentalconsiderationsassociatedwiththeuseofthefleetmanagementsystem.
