【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesaprocedureforstatisticallyanalysingdatafromforced-choicesensorydiscriminationtests,suchastheTriangle,Duo-Trio,3-AFC,2-AFC,inwhichaftereverytrialofthediscriminationtestthedecisioncanbemadetostoptestinganddeclareadifference,tostoptestinganddeclarenodifference,ortocontinuetesting.Thesequentialmethodoftenallowsforadecisiontobemadeafterfewertrialsofthediscriminationtestthanwouldberequiredbyconventionalapproachesthatusepredeterminednumbersofassessments.Themethodiseffectivefora)determiningthat—eitheraperceptibledifferenceresults,or—aperceptibledifferencedoesnotresultwhen,forexample,achangeismadeiningredients,processing,packaging,handlingorstorage;b)orforselecting,trainingandmonitoringassessors.
