【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000definestheimmunitytestmethodsandrangeofrecommendedbasictestlevelsforelectricalandelectronicequipmentwithratedcurrentupto16Aperphaseatdisturbancefrequenciesuptoandincluding2kHz(for50Hzmains)and2,4kHz(for60Hzmains)forharmonicsandinterharmonicsonlowvoltagepowernetworks.Itdoesnotapplytoelectricalandelectronicequipmentconnectedto162/3Hz,orto400Hza.c.networks.Testsforthesenetworkswillbecoveredbyfuturestandards.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonreferenceforevaluatingthefunctionalimmunityofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtoharmonicsandinter-harmonicsandmainssignallingfrequencies.ThetestmethoddocumentedinthispartofIEC61000describesaconsistentmethodtoassesstheimmunityofanequipmentorsystemagainstadefinedphenomenon.AsdescribedinIECguide107,thisisabasicEMCpublicationforusebyproductcommitteesoftheIEC.AsalsostatedinGuide107,theIECproductcommitteesareresponsiblefordeterminingwhetherthisimmunityteststandardshouldbeappliedornot,andifapplied,theyareresponsiblefordeterminingtheappropriatetestlevelsandperformancecriteria.TC77anditssub-committeesarepreparedtoco-operatewithproductcommitteesintheevaluationofthevalueofparticularimmunitytestsfortheirproducts.Theverificationofthereliabilityofelectricalcomponents(forexamplecapacitors,filters,etc.)isnotinthescopeofthepresentstandard.Longtermthermaleffects(greaterthan15min)arenotconsideredinthisstandard.Thelevelsproposedaremoreadaptedforresidential,commercialandlightindustryenvironments.ForheavyindustrialenvironmentstheproductcommitteesareresponsibleforthedefinitionofaclassXwiththenecessarylevels.Theyhavealsothepossibilityofdefiningmorecomplexwaveformsfortheirownneed.Nevertheless,thesimplewaveformsproposedhavebeenmainlyobservedonseveralnetworks(flatcurvemoreoftenforsinglephasesystem)andalsoonindustrialnetworks(overswingcurvemoreforthreephasesystems).
